What if I am not satisfied or my dog dog doesn't like a product?

We will happily exchange the item for a more suitable product or return for a full refund. 

Where are your Treats sourced from?

One of our primary suppliers is Butchers Block Pet Treats who sells them wholesale to us. We use some of their packaging as well as our own custom Homemade Economy Packs

How long will it be until I receive my order?

As long as we have stock we will ship out on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number and notified via email.
